Finvera is a digital product delivered as a downloadable file. Because of the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, we handle every request fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
Email support@finvera.app with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
